Remembering one of our dearest and closest friends for over 40 years who we first met at our children's primary school gate. Derek was a wonderful person, caring, supportive, dependable and reliable in all that he became involved with as well as a real professional throughout his working life and career. A real proud family man at all times and a loving husband, father and grandfather, always endeavouring to put his family first. It is indeed an extremely heart felt loss of such a great man and friend and of course he will always be in our thoughts and fondest memories that will live on with us all.
